Side split difference a month apart. Lower than before but still can't reach the floor. The burn 🔥 is also different.

4 Apr - burns around the inner thigh.
11 May - burns from inner thigh to knee.

Does it mean I will feel the burn from inner thigh to foot if it's a full split? 🤣 And am not even seated yet. Would wanna rotate my hips to leg to full range motion, one day. Also trying to fall front instead of pulling my legs back to return to normal. Oh the struggle 😅
